Founder Bradley James Ratliff brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience in Central Ohio, including five years as President and an owner of a respected local mortgage banking company that served the community for 37 years.
When it came time to build something of his own, the name Bradley Mortgage had special meaning.
Bradley James is the fourth Bradley in his family, and his son, Bradley Jordan, is the fifth. The Bradley name represents generations of family, and today it represents the values we want our company to carry forward: integrity, hard work, personal service, and relationships that last.
Bradley Mortgage is truly a family business. Bradley is joined by his wife, Jeanne, his son, Bradley Jordan, and his daughter, Holly Pappas. Together, we are building a mortgage company centered around something increasingly difficult to find—personal service from people who genuinely care about earning your trust.
Our goal isn't simply to close a loan. We want to become the mortgage company you call when you have a question, need a second opinion, purchase your next home, refinance, or have a friend or family member who needs someone they can trust.

Brad's background in mortgage banking gives Bradley Mortgage a unique perspective.
After years on the mortgage banking side of the industry, he chose to build Bradley Mortgage as a mortgage brokerage—giving our customers access to multiple wholesale lending sources rather than being limited to the products and pricing of a single lender.
