Founder Brad Ratliff brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience in Central Ohio, including five years as a part-owner of a respected local mortgage banking company that served the community for 37 years.
That experience taught Brad something important: getting a mortgage shouldn't simply be about finding a lender. It should be about finding the right loan, the right terms, and the right people to guide you through one of life's biggest financial decisions.
That philosophy led to Bradley Mortgage.
Today, Bradley Mortgage is an independent, family-operated mortgage brokerage built to combine decades of lending experience with the personal attention of a small local company and the choices available through the mortgage broker model.
Brad is joined by his wife, Jeanne Ratliff, and son, Bradley Jordan Ratliff, who are both licensed mortgage loan originators.
His daughter, Holly Pappas, completes the family team in a support role, helping make sure our customers and referral partners receive the communication, attention and service they expect from Bradley Mortgage.
Together, we're building Bradley Mortgage around a simple idea:

That means answering the phone. Being available when questions arise. Explaining options clearly. Looking beyond a single lender or loan program. And never assuming that the first mortgage option is necessarily the best one.

After years on the mortgage banking side of the industry, he chose to build Bradley Mortgage as a mortgage brokerage—giving our customers access to multiple wholesale lending sources rather than being limited to the products and pricing of a single lender.
